Plugs

Daemar offers a complete line of Caplug plugs designed to protect virtually any product for virtually any application. These plugs can be manufactured from low and high density polyethylene, silicone rubber, paper and vinyl (see vinyl section).

Threaded - Plastic and metal screw-in plugs provide protection for internally threaded parts, flared and flareless fittings, SAE O-Ring ports, NPT pipe fittings, and tube ends. Threaded plugs are available in straight, NPT, metric and BSP threads.

Non-Threaded (Tapered or Straight) - These plugs are ideal for plugging threaded and non-threaded parts as well as for providing masking protection. They’re easy to slip on and off, while maintaining a secure fit for production protection.

•Tapered plugs are used to protect a wide variety of tubing and threaded machined parts and ports from dust, moisture and impact damage. These plugs also act as masking protection fro painting, plating, powder coating, and anodizing operations.

•Staight plugs are designed to provide snug fitting production protection and easy application and removal.
